// The Challenge
Sports complexes were juggling bookings on paper and spreadsheets. Double-booked courts, untracked expenses, and zero visibility into staff or revenue. Owners had no single source of truth.

I built ArenaOps as a unified web and mobile platform covering the full operation: customer management, real-time court bookings, employee scheduling, and expense tracking, all on a shared backend so the floor staff’s mobile app and the owner’s dashboard always agree.
